Welcome to one of south Kihei's nicest oceanfront condos.  This unit was completely remodeled in 2008 with new granite countertops, marble floors, custom cabinetry, new appliances and contemporary furnishings.  It is a beautiful and very comfortable.

You'll enjoy staying in this premiere location, it is centrally located to shopping, nightlife and great restaurants.  Enjoy the trade winds, sounds of the ocean, brilliant sunrises and sunsets all from your own private lanai. 

Your home away from home on Maui.  The apartment is fully stocked for your stay including beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and snorkel equipment.  Maui's best beaches are a 5 minute walk.  Charlie Young, Kamaole I, II and III are awaiting you.  Cove Park is steps away and right out front for surfing and kayaking.  Views from the lanai are amazing - unobstructed oceanfront.   You can view the surfers out front throughout the day.  Whale watch from the lanai in season from December - April. Sunsets are phenomenal and picture perfect every night. 

Sleeping accommodations are as follows:

Master bedroom  - new queen bed, Guest - new double bed, Full bedroom open loft with a double bed futon and a queen air bed.  (A single mattress pad is also available for toddlers).

Private Parking Space right outside your door

Stay connected during your stay we provide wireless internet service for your convenience.   In addition to our stated rate, there is a $75 cleaning fee.  A $400 security deposit that we collect at check in which is fully refunded after inspection.  Deposit can be left in a form of a check, credit card authorization or cash.  Whatever works for you.
